Some Updates
We have new 2014 Careers magazines in stock.

Oregon College of Art and Craft is offering a pre-college summer program for artists age 15-18. It will be held July 7 through Aug. 8. Housing and scholarships are available. Visit

AMDA College and Conservatory of the performing Arts has announced its national auditions in Portland will be Feb. 15, 2014. Teacher nomination for scholarships required.

There is a $5,000/year National Society
Daughters of the American Revolution general scholarship, the Richard
and Elizabeth Dean Scholarship, students with a GPA of 3.75 minimum may
be interested in applying for. Make a copy of
the application in ASPIRE. Deadline is Feb. 15.

Schweiger Memorial Scholarship Fund has
scholarships available for those pursuing careers in construction or a
related field. Deadline is March 1.

There is a new flier available called “SAT
or ACT? That is the question.” It highlights the major differences
between the two tests. There’s one posted by the bulletin board under
the clock near the door. There also are copies
in a folder on the green glass table right below the bulletin board.
